قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِي عِوَجٍ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ
A reading in Arabic, without having any crookedness, so that they may be heedful.
Even though the body of the Book is in the Arabic language, the soul of the Book is in one’s heart language. Since It is the Message of the Creator Lord to all His creatures, It is very clear and obvious even to illiterates. Only Adhikr is revealed to all 313 Messengers, as told in verses 4: 163-164; 16: 43-44; 21: 7, 24; 41: 41-43 and 53: 56. See explanation 12: 2-3; 14: 4; 18: 1-2.
